Start by setting up your employees, jobs, and cost codes, then save the file as your Master Template. Each week, open the master, click Save As, and create a new file for that week — giving you a clean, organized workbook with no leftover data.
Enter daily time on the Day 1–7 sheets, assign jobs and cost codes, and the system will automatically total hours and generate a clear weekly summary ready for payroll and job costing.
